This is a combination of library rules and campus guidelines that are enforced in the library.

Terms & Conditions

Study Rooms: Terms & Conditions

  • Reservations can be made up to 14 days in advance.
  • Blocks of time can be reserved up to two hours in length.
  • Study rooms cannot be reserved by the same group of students more than twice in one week.
  • Group study rooms are reserved for use by groups of students. Individuals cannot reserve or use these rooms.
  • A reservation will be forfeited if no member of the group shows up to claim their room within 15 minutes of their reserved time.
  • The Library is not responsible for the loss of personal items left unattended in group study rooms. The library recommends keeping possessions with you at all times.

Study Rooms: Rules

  • Food and beverages are allowed, please report any spills to Library Staff.
  • Dispose of trash and recycling.
  • Rooms are not sound proof, please be respectful of others. 
  • Whiteboard markers, HDMI cords, and equipment remotes may be checked out at the library ASK desk.
  • Please leave the space clean.
