What is Sustainability?

What is Sustainability?
It is difficulty to define sustainability because it is a topic that encompasses so many fields of study such as agriculture, education, social justice, politics, climate change and economics to name just a few. According to the Oxford English Dictionary the general definition of sustainability is "the property of being environmentally sustainable, the degree to which a process or enterprise is able to be maintained or continued while avoiding the long term depletion of natural resources."
