Students may print from the print stations and copiers in the library, but currently cannot print from their personal devices at this time.
1. When you are ready, approach the Ricoh printer. If the screen is blank, tap the touchscreen to wake up the printer.
2. Select “Guest User” from the list of options.
3. Select “System Home” in the top left corner of the screen to navigate to the home screen.
4. Plug in your USB flash drive to the lefthand side of the machine. You should receive a message stating that a “memory storage device has been inserted.”
1. Select “Print from Storage Device.”
2. Select “USB.”
3. Navigate to the document you wish to print.
4. Adjust the printing options and select “Start” when ready.
1. Place your documents in the feed or the scanner bed.
2. Select “Copy” from the home screen.
3. Adjust the scanning options and select “Start” when ready.
1. Select “Scan to Storage Device.”
2. Select “USB.”
3. Select the location for the file.
4. Place your documents in the feeder or the scanner bed.
5. Adjust the scanning options and select “Start” when ready.
· To avoid any issues with your USB flash drive, safely remove it by selecting the button resembling a USB flash drive with a green check on the bottom left side of the screen.
· If borrowing a USB flash drive from the library, please remember to delete your original documents from the USB flash drive once you are finished.
