This guide is aimed at helping instructors and staff navigate the emotions students may be feeling pre and post election.Students can use this guide too!

Welcome

Welcome to all who are looking for a little guidance on managing classroom relationships and conversations before and after election day, November 3, 2020.  Regardless of the outcome of this election, students, faculty, and staff could all be experiencing a wide range of emotions, especially if it takes some time to get firm counts from mail in ballots.

Throughout this guide, you will find resources to help you find the grace you need for both yourself and your students as you work through your thoughts and feelings together.

Do you have a resource that you think is particularly helpful that you would like to share with your colleagues?  Email us at library@shoreline.edu, and we'll get it added.
