How to Print at Shoreline Community College

Print in the Library

Technical services has arranged for students to print 20 black and white pages per day via the computers on campus. 

Printer Credits 

There will be .80 added to your account per day.

Black and White Printing

Each black and white page costs .04 cents which equals to 20 pages free per day.

Color Printing

If you wish to print in color, it will subtract .50 per page.

To Print in the Library:

  1. Sign in with your Shoreline Network Account and password
  2. Click print or use the shortcut CTRL+P
  3. You won't get a pop up as you would in the past
  4. Walk to one of the printer stations
  5. Sign in with your Shoreline Network Account and password
  6. Choose your job from the list 
  7. Look for the page coming from the printer next to the print station

Printing from Laptop

You can print directly from your laptop if you have a wireless connection. To do this, you must download the appropriate software for your device and choose the correct network printer from the list once it is installed. 

If you've followed the steps correctly, you will see a prompt for a username the same way you would see it on a computer in the computer labs in the library.
